No — returns are generally not required for defective items. If your product is faulty, simply send us photo or video evidence of the defect to support@beckettsactive.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. You're welcome to keep the defective item.

Yes — you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@beckettsactive.com. Note that certain products such as Print-on-Demand or pre-order items cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
