Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 5–15 business days for standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

No — returns are generally not required for defective items. If your product is faulty, simply send us photo or video evidence of the defect to support@beckettsactive.com and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. You're welcome to keep the defective item.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please email support@beckettsactive.com with a photo of the item you received alongside its packaging, and note the specific issue (e.g., wrong size, color, or SKU). Once confirmed, we'll process a full refund or send the correct item within 5–10 business days.

Yes — you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@beckettsactive.com. Note that certain products such as Print-on-Demand or pre-order items cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
