Becketts Active — Return & Refund Policy

At Becketts Active, we stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, we will make it right. All refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for undelivered orders).

Refunds and returns are issued when Becketts Active is responsible for the issue — for example, delivery failure, damaged goods, or incorrect items. Please review the conditions below.


A. Order Delays

If an order shows no tracking information, remains pending or in transit, or has been 45 days or more past the shipping date without delivery, Becketts Active will, at its discretion, either resend the product or issue a full refund.


B. Delivered Orders

Refunds will not be issued for orders that tracking confirms as delivered.

If you did not receive your package despite a delivered status, a non-delivery certification from the carrier or postal authority is required to proceed with a claim.


C. Damaged Products

A full refund or replacement will be issued if items arrive damaged, provided that:

  • The damage is reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Valid photo or video evidence is submitted to Becketts Active, clearly showing the defect and its impact on the item's functionality.

D. Incorrect or Missing Items

A full refund or replacement will be issued for incorrect or missing items, provided that:

  • Photo or video evidence is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Evidence includes clear images of the received item, its original packaging, and a description of the specific issue (e.g., incorrect SKU, size, or color).

E. Order Cancellations

A full refund is available if the order is canceled before it has been processed or shipped.

Please note: certain products (e.g., Print-on-Demand or pre-order inventory) cannot be canceled once payment has been made.


F. Refund Eligibility Window

All refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests relating to orders outside this 30-day window will not be eligible, regardless of the reason.


G. How to Submit a Claim

1. Defective Items

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Capture clear photos or videos showing the defect (e.g., the product not functioning as intended).
  2. Email support@beckettsactive.com with your order number, full name, and the supporting evidence.

Once the defect is verified, Becketts Active will offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement product, where applicable.

Note: Returns are generally not required — customers may keep defective items.

2. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an incorrect redelivery:

  1. Photograph the received item alongside its original packaging.
  2. Note what part of the order was incorrect (e.g., SKU, color, or size).
  3. Email support@beckettsactive.com with your order number and the supporting evidence.

Once confirmed, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds or returns are issued only when Becketts Active is responsible for the issue.
  • All required evidence (photos, videos, or carrier certifications) must be provided to validate a claim.
  • All conditions, timeframes, and eligibility requirements above must be met for a refund or replacement to be approved.
  • Validated refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Returns are generally not required — customers may keep defective items.
