Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 10–15 after the order is placed. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once the order has shipped. Please allow 3–7 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing or regional service disruptions. If an order exceeds 45 days from the shipping date and is not successfully delivered, Becketts Active will review the case and may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Becketts Active is not responsible for delays, losses or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivered Orders
Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Becketts Active cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered unless the carrier provides an official non-delivery certification.
