Which ounce should I pick?
6–8oz for speed and pad work, 10–12oz if you're mixing in heavier bag rounds. Smaller frames sit at the light end. When in doubt between two weights, take the heavier.
Can I spar in these?
No — sparring needs 14–16oz of padding for your partner's sake. These are for bag, pads and conditioning. Our professional gloves (10–16oz) cover sparring weights.
Do I need wraps underneath?
Yes — lighter gloves mean less padding, which makes wraps more important, not less. The 9.8ft wraps are $19.
