Kit price vs buying the parts
Gloves, wraps and bands cost $138 bought separately — before the heavy bag. The kit is $105: a $33 saving on those three alone, with the bag on top.
From box to first session
Everything in the kit covers one of two jobs — hit or build. Nothing in it is filler.
Hang the bag, wrap your hands
Wraps before gloves, always. Start with three 2-minute rounds of jab-cross — form first, power later.
Add the bands
Rows and presses on the days you don't hit. The bands cover the pulling work the bag never gives you — that balance is what keeps shoulders healthy.
Build the rhythm
Alternate bag days and band days — four sessions a week. Conditioning rounds on the bag, 30 on 30 off, are the cardio you'll actually keep doing.
A tool helps. Sleep decides.
Every tool on this page works on the same 10 minutes after training. The bigger lever is the eight hours after that.
